If my French is any good, the article says she was touched, told the guy off, and THEN started filming. So there was no video evidence of the crime being committed, just evidence of her yelling at the guy (rightfully so).
Quite a sensationalized title then. If there is no actual proof (other than her testimony), you can’t actually sentence someone.
