Launched today – Find sunny pub gardens with Suntap

Heya!

Would love some feedback! We’ve just launched Suntap, a free web app that shows exactly when and where the sun hits pub gardens across the UK (first cities: London, Bristol and Brighton) — handy if you’re not sure which pubs have gardens, and which gardens get the sun throughout the day! What Suntap does
Live sun map – real-time view of sunshine and shade across mapped gardens
Sun-timers – see when your local brightens up or slips into shadow
City top-lists – fastest way to spot the sunniest venues for a weekend away
Community mapping – tweak a garden boundary and earn points toward future perks

Every garden, terrace and balcony is outlined, so you know at a glance whether a pub even has outdoor space and how long it’ll stay sunny.

A couple of months back, u/dawodx shared SunnyDays, which people here seemed to enjoy. Funnily enough, there are three other similar projects that we’ve come across since we started on this, clearly a shared passion! If you’ve tried them and want something focused purely on beer gardens, Suntap might be up your street.
