2. Yet nothing will change, they will keep drilling… our leaders have failed us and we are going straight to extinction.

3. What will it take to finally wake our leaders up? I’m betting on a mega-heatwave that kills millions, like the one described in *Ministry for the Future*.

4. What’s sad is Europeans aren’t burning as much as Americans but are still paying worse consequences due to their location.

   Climate ignorance in US is just disgusting and politicized.

6. When we start having heatwaves in winter I wonder if people will actually catch a wake up?

8. Why don’t we up in the northern parts of Europe get any heat? It’s been 10C and cloudy all summer here north of the Arctic Circle. I always hear how the Arctic will heat up faster, but looking at the statistics summers are only 0.7 degrees warmer than pre-industrial times here while the already pleasantly warm parts of Europe now experience too much heat on a yearly basis.
