Yeah, Iran gave the US advanced notice that they were going to bomb the US base in Qatar and they selected that one specifically because they knew it had already been evacuated; they didn’t want to hit US troops and risk an escalation.
It was the least that they could do, since Donald Trump gave them so much advanced notice about his B2 bomber strike on their nuclear facilities, giving them time to relocate enough highly enriched uranium to build ten nuclear weapons, seal off the facilities entrances to reduce damage (they appear to be digging them out now), as well as ensure that their scientists were safely somewhere else.
Isn’t this how it went after Trump attacked them last time? Iran wants to save face and this is all just TV to Trump anyhow.
