  1. Road crew f up by not shutting the lane down , 90% them at fault but cdl class a driver always get blame as well for knowing better , his at 10%

  2. Traffic signal tech here- its groundmans job to warn bucketman of incoming big rigs. Me and my bucketman have radios to communicate he needs to lift up so this situation DOSENT happen
