Would be great to officially recognise as candidates for EU accession all of them (Ukraine, Moldova, Bosnia and Georgia)
It will give them inspiration for continuing the hard work for EU accession and also help to maintain the EU influence on them
Also giving Montenegro EU membership somewhere between 2025-2030 will prove that EU enlargement is not stuck and will not impact the Union that much. Montenegro is not that far from Romania and Bulgaria level in GDP per capita, corruption index, HDI etc
