Considering Bibi just got his court appearance pushed back because of the latest war, I don’t think we’ll be seeing a ceasefire here any time soon.. unless Bibi can start another new long running conflict to replace it
This is important news because many people don’t understand the sides of this conflict. The majority of Israelis want a ceasefire to release the hostages immediately, and are willing to accept the current deal on the table for it.
It’s only the hard right wing of Israel and the Christian radicals in the US who oppose a ceasefire. This isn’t a debate between Zionists and Palestine supporters. This is a debate between one specific hard right wing of Zionism and everyone else.
