Besides the infinite snow, some shop names made me pretty sure this was Finland. I bet someone here knows. I’m especially interested in the place that looks like he’s on a walkway lining the inner wall of a castle or something
Edit: People have confirmed it’s Helsinki and the castle-y bit is the city wall of Tallinn, Estonia
