I would have genuinely liked a place like this when I was younger. Especially if the bed was convertible into an armchair.

Why does the box itself have to be on 2 levels? Assuming these are all stacked into a building of some kind, just put my bathroom next to my bed and have the next guy’s box sitting on top.
If only they could sell something like this in real life; im sure there’s some law saying apartments can’t be this small. At a price proportionate to the square footage, even at Luxembourg prices, I would buy it in a heartbeat
