Graham says a lot of things. Mostly bullshit.
Don’t count on it
500% against China will devastate American consumers. Note: Japan purchased Russian oil as of late 👀
How did he say all of those words with tRump’s kolbasa in his mouth?
Prove it
Even if Trump said it, I won’t believe it
If only.
> Back in early April, Senator Graham introduced the bill proposing severe sanctions against Russia for refusing to pursue lasting peace with Ukraine. For the first time, the bill focused not only on Moscow itself, but primarily on buyers of its key export — energy.
> However, the White House had been slow to advance or support the legislation. In early June, US media reported that the Trump administration was dissatisfied with the bill. Graham was asked to significantly soften the document.
> The Senate later postponed consideration of the bill until July due to rising tensions between Iran and Israel. US officials were concerned that ongoing hostilities in the Middle East could lead to a sharp increase in oil prices.
Trump is not totally backing this idea according to the linked article.
Not supporting countries that support Russia and their war on Ukraine seems like a good thing.
This is about as valid as Ghaham’s heterosexuality.
Why stop there? Let’s make IT ONE MILLION PERCENT TARIFFS
Damn, Europe’s not going to like that.
I’ll believe it when it happens.
Just throwing around random tariff numbers that wont get implemeted
Taco
Confused…
Is this a mandatory 500% or an up to limit of 500%.
I sense it is the later.
TwO WeEkS
wonder if DJT even knows what 500% is
When all you have is a hammer (tariffs) everything looks like a nail. Next he’ll put 5000% tariffs on Iran to see if changes their behavior. What an absolute dope.
These people aren’t serious about anything. Well, self-serving things, I guess. Money, power, prestige, access, the list goes on and on. The legislative branch and now the judicial branch are basically irrelevant. In a couple years, millions of Americans are going to wish they had stopped this before it started. We were given plenty of chances.
This bill will never pass. Republicans couldn’t enforce a 125% tariff on China, what makes them think they can enforce 500%?
If Graham says the sun will shine all day, I’m bringing an umbrella.
He backs it, until time comes to sign the bill and he will block it because ‘it isn’t ready yet’
It’s a lie.
This would effectively completely turn off any import from China – will never happen. TACO.
I’ll believe it when I see them voting on it in congress!
Im sure he backs it all the way back to Senator Graham’s desk to the bottom of the pile
No he doesn’t. TACO.
This has to be BS
let me guess
TWO WEEKS!
>He also reminded that China and India purchase more than 70% of Russian oil
So this is never going to happen. Got it.
Trump already pussied out in the tarrif war with China and made it clear they “have all the cards”.
Imagine if laptops, machinery, everything at Walmart, etc. cost 5x more later this year.
Have fun asking your employer for a 500% raise.
Promising article, but it’s not over until it’s signed. Hoping it happens, but am until then very cautiously optimistic.
At 500%. Why not just make it elevety million?
I’ve been telling my family that the way we will know that Russia is close to failing is when Trump’s advisors tell him such, and he starts acting like he’s against Russia. Trump always waits to see who he thinks is winning, then rushes onto the field while throwing on that teams jersey, and pretends to single-handedly win the game.
In other words, trump supports trying to screw Russia by punching Americans in the dick.
Just like he said he supported a tax increase on the rich
Graham might be the only person who has more dementia than TACOTrump.
