The Stop Killing Games campaign and its European Citizens' Initiative has exploded in signatures over the past week, going from 450k votes to 650k votes due to a recent video from its founder chronicling its end.

The short version is that Stop Killing Games is a consumer movement aiming to strengthen consumer protections and game preservation by stopping planned obsolescence in video games. In this case, with government petitions to the European Commission and the UK Parliament to start discussions on new laws about killswitching games you've paid money for.

Estonia is about to cross the threshold! Let's do so and leave Latvia in its rightful place as Lastvia 😛

You can sign as early as 16 as an Estonian!

  1. I dont play video games that much anymore but gave my signature

  3. Although i do not think this thing goes anywhere and other nations are still terribley under the target I gave my signature. Now i have right to be grumpy. Correctly if I am wrong but media has not mentioned shit about this initiative.

  4. Estonia being 2nd place sorted by signatures per capita, right after Finland! 👏

We have now reached our threshold, but we still need more signatures to reach the common goal of 1M signatures total.
