Hello, can someone please tell me what that stain is on my shower? I can't say if it's a water stain or if mold is the problem, but I only have it in that one spot

  1. I’m no expert but that looks like water filtering in the wall? Maybe a leaking pipe?

  2. water dmg. hope the leak is fixed.. then just let it try for a month and repaint it or show the pic to your hausmeister or vermieter. they usually fit it for you.

  3. is it still wet? looks like water damage. did this show up recently?

    you should probably contact your landlord asap. water damage is no joke, and you are required to immediately notify your landlord if you notice it.

  4. if it is wet or some paint is falling off this is a water damage from a pipe behinde the wall.

    It looks to me that there was a water damage before and the wall was opened and closed afterwards and repainted as I see some tool scratches. I it was repainted too early so that the wall wasn’t complely dryed at this time.

  6. Hallo, sehr wahrscheinlich gibt es irgendwo ein Wasserleck, und die Farbe saugt das Wasser auf. Vor dem Abblättern verändert sie ihre Farbe.
