  1. I would hate for the trial to be dismissed but in hindsight the trials were a very bad idea.

  2. The fact the court is taking these marching orders says a lot about how little civil government in Israel resembles what it looked like 10 or even 5 years ago.

  4. There are no indications that this delay is related to Trump. Correlation≠causation.

  5. He thinks if he can keep manufacturing crises, he can delay cross-examination indefinitely. Just as he thinks if he can keep attacking other nations, he can hold onto power indefinitely. It will be interesting to discover the limits of the court’s patience.
