In all seriousness, why was there no outrage over his politics at Glastonbury?
They did knight Jimmy Saville and it wasn’t withdrawn cos when you die so does the knighthood

I’m more offended by his singing than his politics
‘We’re fed up with the Tories. We’ve got to give Farage a chance. He’s coming across well. What options have we got?’ he said.
Bold statement, certainly. Seems, though, sort of in-line with his personal viewpoint on British politics over the years – ‘In 1970, Stewart expressed support for the anti-immigration Conservative Party politician Enoch Powell, saying that the United Kingdom was “overcrowded”.’
Shame. He was very supportive of Ukraine. Disappointing to hear he’s now promoting a Russian puppet.
Half of the people commenting on here clearly didn’t read the ironic and sarcastic article it is referencing
Fuck me it’s no wonder the state of the country when literally every comment does not posses the media literacy to understand the article is a joke
A lot of people here not understanding the difference between calling for the murder of conscripts who might not necessarily want to be in the army and someone wanting Farage in number 10.
That Vylan thingy apparently referred to a list of Jews in the music industry on stage apparently.
I am not too sure what it has to do with the IDF or if we should be drafting lists of Jews, Muslims, gays, trans… It is actually the sort of things Reform would love to do.
I am old enough to remember when after Islamists atrocities in the UK, we were told that we should not expect or ask British Muslims to distance themselves from it, that it was islamophobic. Apparently this courtesy should not be extended to Jews who are apparently collectively responsible for the IDF and Israeli politics if they do not shout “destroy Israel with Jihad please, one side bombs or terrorist attack at a time.
In that respect , Glastonbury acts and crowds have very similar views to Reform…
I don’t get the talk about cutting away, it’s on a massive delay and they never show the full sets. Source: Been to quite a few and the set lengths and content vary significantly.
The BBC choose to show all of it. Similar to when Top Gear or other shows used to get into trouble, there’s a whole team editing it and it made the final cut but it’s always the talent’s fault.
This country is fucked… Not because of Nigel, or immigration or Bob whatsit. It’s fucked because people can’t recognise a satirical website and news article anymore.
I almost managed to climb over the fence at Glastonbury this year. But then security saw me, pulled me down and made me go back and finish watching Rods’ set.
Inciting division like this is inexcusable. Giving Faraaaaasge directions to Clacton would have been better.
First he torments us with his singing, now we have to listen to his bullshit political views. What a tool.
Imagine being a talented musician in his backing band l, you’ve tried all your life to break through and then having to watch as this “cigarette come to life”, bum noting and badly phrasing old Zelda from TerraHawks dodders all over the stage out of breath dad dancing.
Jesus Christ the BBC really are set on being the most insufferable broadcasting service in town. Shame because they do put out good stuff.
“There were kids there”.
There wasn’t just kids there, there were lefties there and they’re even more sensitive.
Isn’t it a satirical article? As in not true? A lot of the other stories on that site seem untrue. I think newsthump is a satire news page
Is everyone going to music festivals to get preached at by singers? Tbh they need the Ricky Gervais treatment he gave the Golden Globes.
