  1. Califorincation isn’t just a red hot chilli peppers song, and it never really stopped in the 70’s and wasn’t unique to just California, it’s how almost every place that grew handled growth.

    The article is right, it’s showing up in more places as they catch up to other markets.

    More workers who can go remote could help bring down the cost as people could work from just about anywhere with a decent internet connection.

    Also we could rezone a lot of suburban businesses parks that are sitting empty, for residential and build houses that also function as offices for workers.

    Who wouldn’t want a house with kick ass internet, in a walkable community, with a room specifically set up to work remote.
