Voters in the Republic of Moldova have at their disposal a new digital tool designed to help them better understand the political scene before the parliamentary elections on September 28. This is the “Moldova 2025 Electoral Compass”, an interactive project that allows the comparison of personal opinions with the positions of the political parties participating in the election, reports IPN.

The platform operates by completing a questionnaire based on the most current societal issues. In the end, users receive a clear picture of how closely their views align with those of the parties registered in the race.

Also, the project “Electoral Compass Moldova 2025” was presented today to the electoral candidates, who were encouraged to actively participate in promoting a transparent and balanced campaign.

The organizers emphasized that this tool brings benefits not only to voters, but also to political parties, by facilitating an open dialogue about the expectations and needs of society.

The organizers assert that the project has a neutral and independent nature and aims to contribute to the accurate information of citizens, as well as to encourage conscious participation in the democratic process.

The initiative is carried out with the support of several German political foundations, among which are the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung, Friedrich Ebert Stiftung, Friedrich Naumann Foundation, Hanns Seidel Foundation, and Heinrich-Böll-Stiftung, as well as with the involvement of the National Democratic Institute and the International Republican Institute.
