  1. >Ms Hand’s counsel John Gordon said his side was in “shock” at the late withdrawal of the fresh evidence application.

    >He said Ms Hand had been “put through the ringer” after the allegation, which she denounced as “lies”, were outlined in court and reported in the newspapers.

    >Mr Gordon said he should be allowed to bring the matter to the attention of the DPP for potential perjury, as well as subornation of perjury by McGregor.

    >The presiding judge, Ms Justice Isobel Kennedy, said the court would allow the withdrawal of the ground.

    >Mr Gordon asked if McGregor’s side would apologise to Ms Hand. Mr Mulholland responded that this was “something we can deal with” through McGregor’s solicitor Michael Staines “in due course”.

  2. In the interest of fairness and justice to take place, and additionally for justice to be explicity seen to take place, it should be referred to DPP for perjury

  3. Hard to really know what to make of this and what those “futher admission were” that was recieved yesterday.

I can only guess it relates to the claims of the neighbours.

  4. The rule of thumb is that anything McGregor does, it’s a safe bet he’ll do it in the shittiest way imaginable.

  5. > Ms Hand denies that her former boyfriend ever assaulted her and said she did not want to speculate about why Samantha and Stephen were making up lies.

    > Lawyers for Mr McGregor told the court this morning, they wanted to withdraw this application to bring the evidence of Ms O’Reilly and Mr Cummins.

Can Ms. Hand’s lawyer request these cunts bank accounts be checked?

  6. God knows what he did over the weekend to realise yeah court was right

  7. The self proclaimed ‘paytriots’ will still lick arse as if he’s their saviour!

  8. > Conor McGregor’s lawyers are arguing that he had a right to silence in garda interviews and a right not to incriminate himself

    Ladies and gentlemen we gottem

  9. It might seem like his appeal is a complete mess. But the point isn’t to win (obviously if he can win, that’s a bonus for him). The point is to punish her for taking a case in the first place and make the whole thing as arduous and difficult as possible. Revenge, and a warning to others who would take a case, and muddying the waters and casting doubt so his supporters have some excuse to pretend to believe him.

  10. It’s a real shame that arguably the most famous Irish person in the world is such a piece of shit.

  11. Honestly, all the evidence they claimed they wanted introduced would have swayed me into thinking he had a defence.

But withdrawing it now makes me think it never existed or not to the extent his lawyers claimed.

  12. So like everything that shits out of that man, lies, smoke, bollox and sham.

I wont shed a tear when your heart explodes from the coke.

  13. If I was convicted of a rape I claimed I didn’t commit, I wouldn’t be withdrawing any appeals…

  14. This man is simply unspeakable. He must be one of the worst people currently wasting oxygen on the planet.

“Mr Gordon indicated there might be an issue about referring matters to the Director of Public Prosecutions for consideration of perjury proceedings.”

    Fingers crossed

  15. Does that mean he is now officially a rapist and we can call him that to his (bloated) face?

  16. Her solicitor is right. McGregor and these two alleged witnesses should be up on perjury charges. His solicitor should be getting questioned too about the circumstances.

They dragged her through the wringer and then McGregor’s legal team have tried to walk away from this.

  17. Forget the solicitors making an apology to her that’s an insult, it should be a personal apology from him.

He should also be done for perjury along with the rest who were told not to spread images or videos online but did it anyway.

  18. So not just a rapist, but trying to get others to commit perjury on his behalf (and his solicitors are clearly scum since they are in on this, and they also provided him with the videos he was showing around the place), and you know what if this pond scum ran for president, we’d have the usual cunts lining up to vote for him – although luckly for us most of them probably don’t know how to vote.

  19. Surely there should be an investigation into this ‘compelling evidence’ that was abruptly withdrawn?
