So they are selling Finnish citizenships. They get the “slave” for 5 years (until the person gets citizenship). During that 5 years they pay the person salary and take care of taxes, but the person gives main part of salary back as cash. So it all looks legit to tax authority and immigration. After 5 years the slave is free (to live on social security as Finnish citizen) and they get the next slave.
Nothing new there.
Im not shocked.
Im sure other countries with highly desirable passports suffer from the same problem.
