It’s all I ever talk about these days, but really: the attitude that drivers have been allowed to foster in this country needs to be utterly eradicated. Parking on the pavement, breaking the speed limit (just a lickle bit!), coasting through zebras, ignoring red lights, throwing a hissy fit because you have to pay for parking – we’ve raised a nation of spoilt little children just because they have a big metal box with wheels on it.
By the time this week is out, 35 people will have died in or under cars, and at least three houses will have had a car drive into them.
And we will do nothing about it.
Gotta go hard like Bristol and put them every 100m, or so it feels.
The place where it’s located is a short 30mph section between NSL stretch’s for a village and people do fly through it often so I can see why it was sited there.

Law enforcement on roads only really exists for those that actually have a license, insurance, registered vehicle etc. if you ride around with a ski mask, 2-up on an illegal motorcycle or scooter you’ll be fine
The article says it was unveiled at a ceremony on Monday – bet that was a turnout for the books
