After almost 2 years of pandemic, e-consultations, paperless Drive-in PCR tests, digitalisation of many services including CNS and Guichet.lu mobile apps, Laboratoires Réunis would not accept to carry the tests unless people have their prescription printed.

It is probably not their fault. They may have to send in a copy to CNS for payment.
normal no?
do you go to a pharmacy with a pdf that you could easily falsify?
it is normal to have printed prescription and originals. for medical related things. cns, nhs, mutuelles don’t usually accept copies. dkv accept copies as the original have to go to cns.
Laboratoires Réunis issued an invoice to me months after the PCR test. They refused to send me back the prescription and stated that I was not entitled to free test per applicable rules. They sent me lines they received and were applicable after my test (i e. No prescription/ free test for travelling). For me, I needed a test to go to a funeral abroad which was covered (knowing that my test xas still before the cut off date).
They would not hear anything.
At this point, might help them in case they have problems. Don’t know.
