MINSK, 2 July (BelTA) – Belarus and Libya will ink a cooperation memorandum in education and a number of inter-university agreements, Belarus’ First Deputy Education Minister Aleksandr Bakhanovich told journalists during the visit of the Libyan delegation to the BNTU Science and Technology Park Polytechnic, BelTA has learned.
