  27. Literally, none of this is supported by data. It's all personal opinion and hearsay l. I worked the Vancouver port for years, and this is simply not happening. Is it easier to get into Canada than the US? Sure. But it all needs to go across the border into the US, through the same customes as from any other place. It makes no sense. Why would a cartel make something in another country when it could be more safely made in Mexico and then why would they ship it somewhere else before shipping it to the same destination all through the same governmental entity!?!?!
