There is never any accountability in Belgium unfortunately.
They just pay some money and be on to the next firm.
That’s impossible in Belgium. Unless we get new politicians.

May I remind you that the cabinet of Ben Weyts (NVA) settled the first court case against 3M for pollution. They only had to pay the court fees, nothing else.
A couple years later when Lantis started working on Oosterweel and the pollution (which they knew was there) suddenly caught media attention, only then was the government willing to act. (But first they had a commission of MPs decide that the government wasn’t to blame for anything)
