1. I’ve seen this first hand in Shenzhen where i met some very pretty ladies at a bar, that “imported all the chips”. I asked to clarify what kinda chip “all the chips meant”, and it turned out, it was anything basically, russia needed, they would source through china.

   These were random no name russian girls that had no real idea what computer chips even were. They just spoke both chinese and russian.

14. Despite a lot of effort to stop this activity it’s been going on forever. Early in my career I was given a printed Do Not Sell list of companies – a lot were in Europe with “Ltd.” In their name. There were thousands of names on that list and I’m sure it exponentially higher by now.
