According to the last 2 paragraphs this is the third time it happens, totally crazy. It looks like the defense lawyers of these nazis have found a strategy to avoid prison. I wonder if this would work if the attacker had darker skin…
Same goes for the people in other threads justifying it and saying that a mental health institution is worse than prison (if that was the case I wonder why the defense lawyer is pushing for that). I bet those people would be asking for his head on a pike if the attacker was foreign and the victim was a local.
