This is what happens when schools become academy’s and are run like a business with profits in mind
Based on his behaviour, I struggle to see how he could perform in any job (or social situation…). I feel quite bad for him in a way as he clearly needs some professional help.
If the final paragraph had stated he’d worn a pair of Y fronts on his head, had two pencils up his nose and could say only ‘wibble’ I would not have been surprised.
How on earth did he get through the interview?
Also… I feel like a referral to mental health services is in order.
