eSitcomet for protection against fpv, including fiber optic ones.
Shot range: 25-30 meters.
Grid size: 4×4 meters.
In the tracksuit we trust!
Wouldn’t a shotgun with birdshot be more easily available?
Pepperbox Pistols making a comeback was not on my bingo card for 2025
Why would they tell the world they have developed this? Yes we consider them world leaders in inovation but why not knock the drones out of the air and let the orcs try to figure it out with their very limited interlect?
Yeah lets keep this to ourselves.
It’s a net gun
They make net guns
Needs more mustard.
the rubicon groups drones and operators are top #1 priority to deal with. these guns and counter drones need to effect them as I’d say they are the rus best unit for drine warfare
hope it works, but wouldn’t the addition of prop guards make this pretty redundant?
3d printed. I need the stl
Not every soldier will have one available but the back of a pickup with a bunch *just in case* makes sense.
This is an incredible concept, the range for a net style weapon is very good, it is compact and seems to be very light (3d printed firing system with metal internals and a can cannon style barrel) this will reduce or eliminate the need for dedicated shotgun carriers and enable every soldier to quickly deal with a drone.
Getting enough of them out in the field is the trick. Wish I knew where to donate to help with production and distribution.
Hell yeah
Hell, yeah. Send us the stl file!
OK weird comment, too bad a slightly larger version couldn’t be worked up for police to ease capture of fleeing suspects. But this is an interesting idea. I hope they can deploy it to the UA quickly.
I bet Russia would like to buy some
Yeah I have also proposed shooting out a little net. But at this range… You are still in panic mode when you pull this last trick to down a drone. I doubt you will have time to reload.
A Shottie with wire mesh slugs….I need to put my thinking cap on. This device is good but if we could innovate the 12 guage round, that would be gamechanging. Anyone know the youtube dude that tests slugs?
Shhhhhhh
What’s that kind of music genre is this? I’ve heard it on all these videos
Ukraine needs duck hunters to defend from FPV drones.
Wouldn’t just a big blunderbuss be better an easier?
