I’m starting to think that perhaps our criminal classes might not be intimidated by our justice system
That chap gives new meaning to how one should describe an absolute dumbass.
It’s the last place you’d think they’d be on the lookout!
No added jail time for it…
I attended a district court sitting a couple of years ago. A guy sitting at the back cracked open a can of beer during a hearing. The whole courtroom heard it and it took a couple of minutes for a garda to remove him.
I can barely get my guy the same day. This chap is available at court 😂
Now that’s what you call a work ethic!
The justice system is a joke and that guy knows it. Suspended sentence is meaningless.
Utterly impotent justice system
Say what you will but at least he’s industrious.
Gotta hustle
Hustle don’t stop
He had 124 prior convictions and 27 of those were for drugs and theft. What in the name of god were the other 97 convictions? Probably a few are for motor related but come on! 97!!!
Sure why wouldn’t he? Not like there’s any consequences
It’s a lifestyle choice now. Always was in the welfare state era I suppose. No one needs to go on the rob or sell drugs or beg but somehow they do.

SUSPENDED SENTENCE HAHAHA fuck me
Gotta respect that level of hustle.
You have to respect the dedication to the job.
124 prior convictions. When ther s absolutely zero consequences why wouldn’t he do stuff like this
I know the Guards struggle to even catch COVID but this is next level stupid.
At this stage, our criminal justice system is just an inconvenience to his day to day entrepreneurial spirit.
124 prior convictions, I doubt he’s too fussed about one more. People like that need to be locked away from society for a time.
“Judge Kelly imposed a concurrent three-month sentence, sparing him from added jail time.”
So the disincentive is what?
And basically he got no punishment for it. No fine, not a day in prison, Just a waste of time and money for everyone involved in it.
