1. Just extraordinary, the government just has to pass legislation to ban the subbing use of the account & ensure the delivery riders have a biometric of photo verification per pick up.

   It stops immediately.

   Why is the government & bureaucracy so incomprehensible slow to take common sense action.
   The food delivery co’s know exactly what they’re doing & don’t care, fine them massively per breach & get coppers standing outside the hotels checking tbe riders ID.

   You could probably stop this in 10 days
