90% of cases at Portree Sheriff Court are driving offences escalated up and, unless they are a UK resident, the accused rarely appears.

I never said and never thought it would be easy. I was wanting to know points of view on the subject. I meant to put a question mark at the end of my comment and as a result I’d been downvoted. Seems a bit harsh for someone genuinely interested to engage in this particular line of conversation.
