Support is resistance.
We want to showcase the excellent work done by our Verified charities and volunteers, with help from you, in support of Ukraine's war effort.
Each week, we post a roundup of their Support Report and Thank You posts, so that you can see what they've done–and what you've facilitated–all in one place. Here are this week's successes!
Here’s to all the silent good Samaritans. The people you’ve helped may never know your names, but the impact of your goodness lives on in every life you touch.
u/Feylin, from Birds of Light, posted a love letter to the people who support Ukraine with no expectation of glory or recognition, but simply because it's the right thing to do.
A LOVE LETTER TO UKRAINE'S QUIET DONORS
And 50 more thanks from Pitmaster
u/Pitmaster4Ukraine posted a simple but bountiful collection of photos to thank you for your support.
A very repaired truck and some very burly batteries
u/CF_Siveryany reported on some truck repairs that were finished three months ago. Looking at the damage, I'm kind of shocked that it runs again! She also went to visit her friends in Donetsk and accompanied them to pick up the reinforced batteries you helped buy them.
THIS THING IS LIKE THAT HILUX FROM TOP GEAR
And everything UFL_Robin posted about
u/UFL_Robin had a lot to share this week.
USED UP BEFORE THEY COULD TAKE A PICTURE
Ongoing Projects
We'd love to see these as successes in a future Weekly Support Report!
- Our very own u/jesterboyd is hoping to give some more kids who've suffered loss a bit of a break from the war by sending them to summer camp by the sea. He writes: "[W]e ask you to help us send a few more families to our camp by the sea, where families have every day activities, work with psychologists, do art therapy, sea visits, sightseeing and generally get to live under a peaceful sky for a bit."
- u/katekozakdrive is thiiiiiiiis close to a vehicle and fleet maintenance for the 107th.
- u/ongand_2 's guys in the 122nd need vehicle repairs, FPV defense, and old tech. You could win–oh man this is cool–a Shahed drone tail!
- u/Firecopscott, a Ukraine Front Line volunteer, is gearing up to make a tacmed delivery run. He and u/UFL_Robin are matching the first $3500 in donations!
- u/tallalittlebit is seeking donations of old laptops and tablets drone teams can use to program drones.
