  5. My mate worked for a private enforcement company working on behalf of the local city council. They were all on commission. He got reprimanded by his boss for ticketing the company vehicle when he found it parked up a curb on double yellows.

    Another incident was a local enforcer who was known to be a prick ticketed a police car because it was parked up on a pavement when they were dealing with an elderly man who had collapsed at a bus stop. Ticket was thrown out.
