  1. This is just sad, and according to the multiple sources, HTS has killed way more civilians in a week than SDF in 14 years. of course, nobody cares about this since the West isn’t involved this tike like with Israeli-Palestine.

  2. Me and thousands of others predicted this. HTS is the scum of the fucking earth they always have been and this is just after months of being in power. Tens of thousands of Alawites flooding into Lebanon. Trump lifting sanctions on HTS aka Al Qaeda Light is insane. Watching right wing christians in Lebanon advocate for the US taking all our guns is hilarious cause they gonna be next

    I remember this old Syrian civil war saying Christians goto Beirut Alawites goto a grave. Scary times. I got a ton of family in Sweida they all preparing for the worst.

  3. As much as I hate the Trump administration I’m not so sure I’d choose ISIS and ISIS affiliates as an alternative. Does that make me a Trumpist?Thankfully I live in the US so I’m safe from such regime changes

I still see them from time to time telling people “do you think Assad was better?” And to that the answer is simple, yes, yes Assad was an angel compared to the current government

    On a lesser side note, I hate how the West handwaves corruption and human rights violations off in any country it’s allied with. Sure, we hear people bang on about human rights violations in Russia, China and so on, but what about Saudi Arabia’s human rights violations? What about Indonesia’s human rights violations in West Papua? Why does the West cover so much for Israel? What about the ridiculous hate speech laws in countries like the UK and so on.

    Those guys aren’t freedom fighters, they are mercenaries that were hired by top paying petrodollars. It’s the same fighters that were sent to Iraq, same fighters that were sent to Afghanistan, same ones that were sent to Libya, and list goes on.
