North Sea Forties crude differentials gained ground on Thursday after strong bidding interest in the afternoon window, while U.S. WTI Midland was offered higher.

PLATTS WINDOW

* Indications are on a free-on-board (FOB) basis unless marked as cost, insurance and freight (CIF) or delivered at place (DAP).

* There were no deals on Thursday.

* Forties: Unipec bid for a July 13-31 cargo at dated Brent plus $1.30.

* The bid was tabled at a much higher level than where Forties traded on Tuesday, when TotalEnergies bought a July 16-18 cargo from Shell at dated Brent plus 15 cents.

* WTI Midland: Mercuria offered July 26-30 at dated Brent plus $2.10 on a CIF Rotterdam basis, higher compared with its offer for the same dates on Wednesday at dated plus $1.85 CIF.

* Thursday’s offer equated to around dated plus $1.09 on a FOB equivalent basis, Reuters calculations showed.
