ARKANSAS (KNOE) – The Central Arkansas Development Council is rolling out its 2025 summer utility assistance starting on July 7.
Arkansas residents across 19 counties can apply for help with their electric bills through the Summer Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program.
Mass intake days for each CADC office are as follows:
Pulaski County (2904 S University Avenue, Little Rock) – July 7thSaline County (321 Edison Avenue, Building B, Suite 4, Benton) – July 7thOuachita County (828 Visor St, Camden) – July 8thHempstead County (112 E 12th St, Hope) – July 8thUnion County (1426 NW Avenue, El Dorado) – July 9thHot Spring County (1303 S. Main St, Malvern) – July 9thColumbia County (100 Meadowbrook LN, Magnolia) – July 10thClark County (1305 N 10th St, Arkadelphia) – July 10thMiller County (1900 Marietta St, Texarkana) – July 11thLonoke County (616 N Center St, Lonoke) – July 11th
“If your county is listed above, the specified intake day will be the only time during the week of July 7 that you can apply for assistance at your local intake site,” the CADC said. “The regular intake schedule will resume the week of July 14, 2025.”
