Serbia, and the rest of the Balkans, would be a much happier region today if NATO had gone a step further than bombing the propaganda station – if NATO had bombed Milošević’s propaganda *minister* too.
Anyway. Serbs toppled Milošević, then Serbs chose Milošević’s protégée as president, then he started oppressing Serbs; now the victims are actual human beings with souls, and that’s tipped the balance for many people in Serbia.
Given that I’m Hungarian, of course I do.
Sure. I waved at them when the students passed my town on the way to Strasbourg
In the past month or so I saw posts daily about protests in Serbia and Turkey so yes, I think r/europe supports protests against any and all authoritarian governments.
The protesters are winning, so they must persist.
Yes drinking beer for them.
Also how is it that in bar in Osijek there is no Osječko beer??
Finland here. yes.
From Hungary💪
As a Serbian civilian caught up in the schizo’s bullshit, damn straight I do.
As a Polish guy, 200% of support from me
On Reddit?100%
Absolutely, big love and support to them from turkey. Authoritarian governments will crumble sooner or later
Yes I do.
Wholeheartedly, justice will prevail.
Absolutely.
Everyone with an IQ above 80 supports the protest against the dictator
Always. Cheers from Kyiv.
Of course! Down with Vucic. Serbia has taken a sad trajectory since the war, I hope it changes track soon!
I’m Hungarian. Protesting authocrats is my hobby. Im all for this too
I’ve been following the situation from Germany and am hoping that the protests will soon come to a successful ending. It’s terrifying to see Vucics henchmen drive through protesters and how violent the police reacts. Change must come, I’m hoping that more people in Serbia will participate in the movement and that other European nations will acknowledge the situation and the criminal countermeasures from Vucics regime. I would approve of sanctions against those who are behind the violent attacks against protesters.
We see you!
Yes, absolutely
From what I’ve seen, there seem to be a lot of people there while there are barely any counterprotests so they probably are the majority. Their goals also seem good, so yes, I support them
Big Support from Vienna! Biggest serbian City outside of Serbia.
As a human being, I 100% support it
From the Netherlands: yes, absolutely. I detest Orbán and Fico but Vučić seems to be a much more violent and intimidating wannabe dictator. It’s shocking to me how lenient the EU is in this matter.
100%, from Georgia. However, our experience shows that Russian-supported regimes don’t fall through peaceful protest, without external support. We are now being repressed and Georgia has become as oppressive as Belarus with new restrictive legislation being introduced twice daily.
My advice, if this is a fight, fight dirty, or the government will win by doing so.
Absolutely not! Protesting against autocratic mafia regimes is a complete waste of time. You should just obey as much as you can. Better yet, help them spread their propaganda. It might even benefit you in the short term. Sure, it’ll be a disaster in the long term, but hey, that’s tomorrow-you’s problem.

Obviously, the above was sarcasm. The original question is absurd. Of course every sane person supports the protests in Serbia!
I am from Serbia and we fight these criminal dictators bare hand with love and unity. Stand with us please!
Never surrender to authoritarianism ! 🇹🇷
YES LETSGOOOO FROM POLAND YOU BRAVE MFRS
At lunchtime today at work in France, I asked my colleagues if they were aware of the situation over there. None of them were. I realize that without Reddit, I wouldn’t have known either. That’s quite concerning — it shows there’s a real issue when such important events go unnoticed.

Do I support it morally? Yes.
Financially? Logistically? No.
As a student from Novi Sad, yes
As a Turk, I absolutely support it.
Protest authoritarian governments worldwide. This is no different. Keep up the fight!
Some of us have been angry with Vučić for thirty years, since the [genocide era](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PU6t2XWFQD8).
