Two colleagues yesterday said they were “sick of hearing about Partygate” and said things like “get over it”. Now, I don’t think either of them are defending Johnson. But, this is EXACTLY what the Tories fucking wanted all along. They wanted your average person who’s concerned about the war in Ukraine and other important issues in the news, to be fucking sick of hearing about it.
I’m also fucking sick of hearing about it because I just want them to get properly punished and fuck off. And when you hear stories like this you understand why it actually is important.
