10. As a Texan i must say that if there is money to be made Texans will try to make it. Solar is plentiful and the land is cheap out in the dry areas. The wind blows and ranchers want to harvest it, for the money. If we can come out of this huge fuck-up with more green power, then I believe it can be an example for the rest of the country.
