Jobless numbers, and inflation are all numbers made up… To keep the masses from panicking.

Do we expect anything else when the government is fully controlled by one party?
Are they just crashing it on purpose in order to bring down rates for re-fi’s and to jack up asset prices ?
The BLS is understaffed.
Hard to trust their numbers.
This is the birth/death model used to estimate job creation at small business and start ups. No it’s not lies. But it does get it wrong often (projection). It tends to over estimate jobs during showdowns and under estimate during growth.

I’m confused. I saw we lost 33,000 jobs nd now I’m seeing we gained 100,000. Can someone explain this discrepancy?

I think you’re confused.
Under Biden each report came out with X amount of new jobs created and most every following month the job gains were revised lower?
Not only that, most of the job gains were government jobs.
UE was 4.3 today so the FED isn’t going to ease in July as Trump had hoped.
Trump would lie? Be still my heart.
The jobs number gets revised every month for the previous month.
Just a note about the government jobs. Most of the federal employees who have left are on administrative leave. Technically, they’re still employed. For those who went to state and local government, they’re now being counted twice as being employed by federal and state/local government.
> “June’s unemployment rate fell – defying our and the consensus forecast for a rise — and payrolls grew at a decent clip. But we don’t think this suggests the labor market is in solid shape, as the unemployment drop was due to exits from the labor force, __while payroll gains were exaggerated by a Bureau of Labor Statistics model that seeks to measure the impact of business formations and closures__ .
> Details indicate that hiring in private service jobs slowed in June as the cancellation of federal government contracts hits the education and health sectors. There’s little evidence of an impact on payrolls from the trade war, as the logistics sector held up as firms continue stockpiling inventory. We maintain our view that the FOMC will only cut interest rates once in 2025, at the last meeting of the year in December.”
The ostriches at r/doomercirclejerk think this is some kind of victory for the privileged crowd. We need about 265,000 new jobs per month to keep the economy healthy. Every number lower than that is a failure.
Any day now, it’s all gonna come crashing down right? No way we’re wrong about this. Any day now
The cope and believing conspiracies in an economic forums is wild
“Taking away Healthcare from 17 million” you mean implementing work requirements and you thinking 17 million people are too lazy/unable to work 20 hours a week
They aren’t Americans.
As usual in a month you will see a downward revision 😔.
All of the sudden “guburment bad” people believe government but not private enterprises.
Cant make this shit up.
Why is this here? It’s an opinion with zero evidence to support.
