House Republicans pass Trump’s ‘big, beautiful bill’

1. The legislation was passed in a close 218-214 vote, with a few Republicans refusing to flip their votes to the affirmative after intensive lobbying from House Speaker Mike Johnson and the president himself.

2. We can’t forget this. Majority of these cuts won’t kick in until after the midterms. If the Democrats take over, they will be blamed for the consequences.

The One Big Beautiful Bill delivers permanent 2017 tax cuts, boosting family take-home pay by ~$13K, no taxes on tips/overtime, $350B for border security & defense, and modernized air traffic control. It’s pro-growth, pro-family, and pro-America! Huge win for America on Independence Day!

12. So many people are talking about Medicare cuts. That’s just the half of it. What I’m really worried about on top of that is the insane federal deficit. This might mark the end of the U.S. dollar.
