As a legal tax paying immigrant to Ireland, I see you guys will have very bad times ahead as you have no control over these situations. It seems like your justice system is very naive or innocent or maybe inexperienced. Unfortunately the whole bad immigrant world knows this and are eager to settle in Ireland where they can take advantage of weak system with no penalties when caught. It is shame that all immigrants are then put into this same category. Guys like this make me mad as I know I suffer daily racism because of these incidents.
Why is our social welfare open to the entire planet?
It”s ridiculous. Obviously people living on €100 a week want to move here and get a free house and €500 a week to boot.
I’ve lived in many countries so far and I would never expect their taxpayers to give me money and far less a brand new house.

This type of thing really drives me towards being more right wing on economic issues, absolutely despise the fact that our taxes are being used to sustain people like this and then treating them so leniently when they defraud our state. We badly need an alternative to FG and FF who’ll actually deal with these policies with common sense and more consideration towards our taxes and what’s fair for everyone who plays by the rules and contributes towards society.
Why are we giving welfare to people who’ve never worked and contributed any bit of taxes to the system? And why is welfare seemingly so permanent for parasites like this? It should be temporary and taper off to encourage people to get working or doing something for themselves.
Our country is a fucking laughing stock.
Eventually the anger will reach a boiling point, that we won’t wait for other people to do something about it.
But the real issue is people charging market rate for something they own.
