Саяна best food? It’s pasty and probably has powdered milk. Try ELBi or Olimpus sour milks for off the shelf. There are also craft ones usually found in the local market sections of supermarkets.
Knowing the food in the UK, I believe you will be impressed by everything homemade here. No offence, you have great beer, but the food is a bit boring compared to our cuisne.

Bulgarian food have so much different taste from the British
In Bristol there are a few shops that sell Bulgarian groceries.
Tell him to treat you some Shkembe chorba, or Shkembe+Krache. It’s something you should really try while here :).

was in the uk for 6 months and if I did know how to cook some home dishes I would have starved to death. I asked my flatmate what are some good British food and he said pizza and Chinese 😀
