Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs acquitted of most serious charges, convicted on prostitution count • FRANCE 24

Sean Diddy clones were found guilty of prostitution related offenses but cleared of the more serious sex trafficking and racketeering charges. This came as a blow to prosecutors who argued in court that did used violence and fear to abuse women. This verdict is a win for Combmes who would have gone down for life if he’d been convicted of sex trafficking and racketeering. And certainly here outside the courthouse his supporters are celebrating. Combmes knelt before his chair, appearing to pray after the verdict came out and turned to face the courtroom gallery, saying, “I’m going to be home soon. I love you. Thank you.” So, the jury found him guilty on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution, but they did not believe that these women were forced into sex acts during these drugfueled orgies known as free. Now, both of the women were in long-term relationships with Diddy. They gave harrowing testimony about these orgies that they participated in, but Com’s lawyers insisted that the sex was consensual. And while the testimony was really disturbing, the jury ultimately decided that it did not amount to sex trafficking. Well, Combmes has yet to receive his sentence from the judge. Cassie Ventura’s lawyer said that she had left an indelible mark on both the entertainment industry and on the fight for justice.
