375k is ridiculous. As long as these fines make up only a tiny fraction of the profit, these companies will have no reason to stop their abusive policies. They should simply be forbidden to operate until they adhere to the laws.

I hate small fines. A politician could steal €400 million through embezzlement, and only have to pay a €1 million fine
