For the matter itself, what things in Finland are organized badly or don’t work and so on?
Booked a dentist appointment today for basic inspection. Next free time is at the end of August.
I mean, I guess summer season and people’s holidays affects the waiting times it but feels a rather long. But then again I am not in a hurry and it could be worse.
There are soo many things to love, but I hate those automatic phone directories that are only in Finnish or only in Finnish/Swedish, when they are the only way to contact a vital institution.
To call my local healthcare center I had to have a Finnish person call first and write down what numbers I have to press when.
Why not have instructions on that or a written way for people who don’t speak Finnish (well enough)?
I understand that I can’t expect every thing to be in English, but healthcare is a) not beginner vocab and b) pretty essential.
My grandmother is Finn and moved here in 1907. I want to visit there.
It’s eastern neighbor sucks.
I’d like to think its the constant complaining that keeps things good.
