Help me to identify bugs in my apartment

Hello Reddit,

I recently moved into an apartment in the South of Germany. Soon after I discovered a lot of bugs appearing in the living and sleeping room. The apartment is on the ground floor and it seems they're getting in through the open/tilted windows. Anyone knows what they are and how I can get rid of them? Thanks a lot.
