Brit is using knife and fork, Americans are just using the fork.
It’s the guy opposite because he holds his fork in his left and knife in his right. Also, he just looks more British.
The guy opposite the guy recording is the only one without his elbows on the table, he must be British.
The only one using a knife and fork. Americans typically only tend to use a fork
My grandpa used to go to the states a lot and he told me the americans he ate with would cut up their food first and then set the knife down and use the fork, suppose it doesn’t make a difference but it feels wrong lol
The guy opposite using his knife and fork properly…
Fork in the left hand for a Brit, and usually use a knife whenever we use a fork.
No elbows on the table and eating with both a knife and fork held in the correct hands.
It’s also how he’s holding the fork but never mind all that, what in the slop are they eating?
Mr Knife AND fork at the back there 🇬🇧
We all instantly knew it was the one eating with a knife and fork. Americans haven’t quite grasped the right eating etiquette.
The dude who knows how to use a knife and fork, rather than just shovelling food into his mouth like Americans.
American parents clearly don’t scream “ELBOWS!” At their children enough. How uncouth 🙄
The one using the knife AND fork. like you should do!
The Americans have their elbows on the table and are using their forks as spoons, basically eating like children.
The British person is using both knife and fork at the same time, and is displaying basic table manners.
You just know that only one plate will have the knife and fork placed side by side to indicate that he has finished eating.
Obviously the one with the table etiquette
I lived in Canada for a number of years and my room mate would always comment on how posh I use a knife and fork.
I’m not posh in any form, I’m from a run down area of North Manchester. It just seems that table etiquette is something passed down through generations here in the UK. Much like basic politeness and good manners.
White t-shirt, he knows how to use a fork in his left hand. Americans all use cutlery like little kids.
> Manners maketh man.
The Brit 1) Doesn’t have his elbows on the table 2) Uses both knife & fork 3) Uses fork in his correct left hand
Americans eat like toddlers.
Brits use knife and fork, all meal.
Americans cut up their food then swap fork to right hand and eat like toddlers do.
I worked in America and when I realised it….. I was shocked.
The guy in the white t shirt knife and fork are the giveaway
Why are the Americans almost hugging their plates, it’s not going anywhere
The guy using the knife and fork.
Forking hell. Guns for show. Knives for a pro.
The one with a semblance of table manners is the british.
Yep. The Americans are eating like small children
The one opposite, easy 😂 now THAT’S proper cutlery etiquette
Amazingly I’m fairly sure that the Brit is the one with at least a passing familiarity with how to use cutlery properly
Americans cut all their food up first, then eat it with a fork
Brits eat their food like adults.
The one using the knife and fork correctly? Just give the yanks their food pureed and a spoon.
The one opposite. The only one using his cutlery properly.
The Americans are the slobs who don’t understand cutlery.
The one in the middle. Americans all eat with their fork as a shovel rather than face down, like a fork.
