This was reported by Shor himself at the bloc congress on the RusputnikMD Telegram channel
The political bloc “Victory,” led by the pro-Russian oligarch Ilan Shor, announced its intention to submit documents to participate in the parliamentary elections in Moldova as early as next week. The head of the candidate list will be the Bashkan of Gagauzia, Evgenia Gutsul, as Shor himself stated during the bloc’s congress in Moscow.
Shor emphasized that the bloc’s registration for the elections will take place shortly. He also noted that these elections could become the “dirtiest” in history, as the Moldovan authorities will try to remove their bloc from the elections.
“These elections will be the dirtiest; they will try to remove us, but for every five PAS scenarios, we have one hundred and twenty-five. Our main goal in these elections is to overthrow the fascist regime and hold early elections within the next six months that will be democratic.”

According to Shor, the candidate list of the “Victory” bloc will be headed by Evgenia Gutsul, who is currently on trial in a case concerning illegal financing of the “Shor” party.
Additionally, the political formation is starting to collect signatures in support of Moldova’s union with the Russian Federation. The bloc is confident it will be able to gather no less than 60% of the country’s citizens’ signatures.
Shor also stressed the necessity of Moldova joining the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO).
In response to these events, Moldova’s president Maia Sandu expressed concern that Russia might provoke an escalation in Transnistria to destabilize the situation in the country ahead of the parliamentary elections this fall and influence voting on the left bank of the Dniester.
Earlier, Moldova’s Deputy Prime Minister Cristina Gerasimova stated that the country intends to begin negotiations on joining the European Union before the parliamentary elections in September, in order to counter Russian disinformation about the EU.
