First Aid Course for Changing PA US Driving License to German License

Hi,

I moved to Stuttgart from Pennsylvania for masters and I am trying to get a German driving license. According to this site https://www.stuttgart.de/organigramm/leistungen/fuehrerschein-umschreibung-eines-auslaendischen-nicht-eu-fuehrerscheins-beantragen.php?loc=de I couldn't understand if I need First Aid course or not. Because my driving license is from PA and its in Licenses under Anlage 11. Maybe the English translation for site is not great I am not sure. I gather my eye exam and health exam. So all the other documents are set besides this. If anyone encounter with this? Help will be appreciated! Thank you!
