They should put some warning signs down, just in case.
They need to add some trip hazard signs.
It was inevitable really. I mean, the signs were all there…
Lol. More yellow signs than shoppers.
At least you didn’t slip. The signs must be working
Tesco Minefield
I have fallen over one of these signs. It was at the works restaurant and I was too busy eyeing the food.
Source: fatty.
If you have a border collie you could get them to practice for the agility at Cruffs with those signs
One sign warning of the next sign, warning of the next sign…
It’s no longer contained to the car park. It’s taking over the nearby town and could well be coming to YOUR town next. This is how it ends.
And you thought this worthy of taking multiple pictures of.
I have never in my life slipped on a wet floor. I have tripped and hurt myself on these goddamn floor signs at least a dozen times so far.
You nearly tripped………so basically you just carried on walking
You 100% tripped on one of those signs.
Shop I used to work at got an e-mail from a customer/solicitor? Can’t remember, it was a long time ago but essentially it was telling us they were threatening the shop with legal action because the customer slipped on a wet floor and there were no warning signs. We checked the cctv. She did slip on a wet floor but she slipped because she was moving out of the way of a wet floor sign.
Too many wet floor signs, can we get some trip hazard signs for these?
A few years ago I slipped over at a swimming pool while carrying my son – there was an uneven but of floor and i think someone has spilled some shower gel/shampoo from the shower nearby.
I was carrying my son at the time so it was quite dramatic (I needed stitches in my elbow, he was fine with a small bruise but he did all the crying). Within about 60 seconds someone had come with a mop and a wet floor sign… much faster than any of the medical/first aid team!
So what I’m saying is: OP has clearly arrived just after someone else slipped over and the staff are making damn sure they only get sued once today.
The should have extra signs warning about the signs
Probably because someone else complained there wasn’t _enough_ warning, can’t win in retail.
At least you didn’t slip
I can 100% guarantee you that at least a few people walking out of the store said to those walking in “watch out, floor’s a bit wet mate”.
Tripping over a caution sign is the height of irony
To be fair mate it’s raining where I am and not a single sign outside my front door, those men and woman are putting in a shift

Better than slipping on a wet floor
I think the floor is a little damp. Not sure if you caught on.
Don’t tell us you nearly tripped over one of the warning signs!

Get off your phone and look where you’re going? 😅
Great Horton?
Looks like that lotto sign has been there since the nineties.
The bigger problem there does indeed appear to be the signs themselves.
Great Horton road in Bradford?
Well, a little rain never hurt anybody
